OK, so this isn't so much a single recipe, but a 7 day detox plan. In an effort to kick off the spring season before the warm-ish weather begins, we're attempting to shed the winter layer before it gets completely out of control. No small feat at 40-1.5 and 40+1.5, but...I guess that's another blog post in and of itself.
I've seen lots of these detox deals, but this one allows 2 glasses of wine per day, so I figured I could manage.
Here it is:
Day 1 - eat as much fruit as you want, lots and lots of water, and 2 glasses of wine.
Day 2 - eat as many veggies as you want, lots and lots of water, and 2 glasses of wine.
Day 3 - eat as many fruits and veggies as you want, lots and lots of water, and 2 glasses of wine.
Day 4 - (this is the only funky one) eat as many bananas and drink as much milk as you like, lots and lots of water, and 2 glasses of wine.
Day 5 - Eat as much beef and tomatoes as you like, lots and lots of water, and 2 glasses of wine.
Day 6 - Eat as much beef and veggies as you like, lots and lots of water, and 2 glasses of wine.
Day 7 - Eat as much veggies and brown rice as you like, lots and lots of water, and 2 glasses of wine.
After day 1, Rob is all pissed off and I'm feeling a little tipsy from my 2 glasses of wine - which I just finished (and am contemplating licking the glass).
